I would like express my support for the above regulation and urge the Senedd to implement these in full as soon as possible.

I would also express support for the submission from Fish Legal especially with respect to the need for inspection and enforcement and that consideration be given to expand the scope of pollutants to include phosphates which can often cause even more harm to the aquatic environment.
